Rough Draft:
Contact Sheet:
Final:
The biggest thing that has
ever happened to me was getting a visa in the mail to be able to come to the
US.
My earliest childhood
memory is my brother chasing me around the kitchen table with a butcher knife
trying to kill me.
My biggest fear is
poverty.
What makes me happy is…
“over here honey, you’re looking at it” What makes me happy is the simple
things in life. “like remodeling the bathroom that doesn’t need it.”
My most frequent emotion
is happiness.
The toughest thing about
being an adult is my face is getting wrinkly and I’m getting old and I hate it.
“Do you really?” Yea I do. “Oh, sweetheart you’re lovely. Why would you hate
it?”
The thing I like most
about being an adult is that I have money and you don’t.
What I like most about
myself? I like my sense of humor.
I believe I do have an
impact on the world and I try to make one everyday. I just try to make other
people’s life less miserable.
I don’t practice a
religion, but I was brought up a catholic and I think I probably have some
semblances of the good parts and I try to forget the bad parts.
I think family is
important, but I don’t believe family is a physical thing. I believe it is an
emotional thing. I believe you decide who your family is. I think the perfect
family is the one you decide to have and yes there is a perfect one you just
have to choose it.
I have never suffered from
discrimination. I have also never discriminated against someone. I have been a
bystander to bullying though, and I have stood up for someone being bullied. I
think bullying means people using their power without recourse. I don’t think
appearance matters.
I don’t think there
is any one person I respect the most, “Do you respect me?” I respect lots of
people and I usually respect them for what they are particularly good at. So I
would say there isn’t one person I respect the most.
You know, I have
always just wanted to be me. No I don’t want to be anybody else. I think I am at the point in my
life where I think I want to be me and that’s good enough.
I think one
of the biggest problems in the world is human beings naturally distrust anybody
who is not in their natural sphere of experience or influence and I think
that’s the worst thing is that we all fear each other and it’s really stupid,
Because we are all just the same.
